Standard Process/Methodology Management and Quality Assurance Management
PAL(Process Asset Library) function is used to manage various work product templates, standard checklists, standard methodologies, and standard processes and a function to create project WBS automatically from a template is offered. Reuse of Development Work Products
Various work product reuse functions are offered, enabling integrated management of development work product through business architecture management and work product and project outcome search by architecture. In addition, work products using templates in each standard WBS are provided and a function to access and reuse such work products with more ease is offered.
Quantitative Project Management through Process Performance Management
